Prayer
Mission Statement
Under the enabling and guidance of the Holy Spirit, we shall dwell together in the presence of God committing ourselves to the purpose of public and private prayer.
Prayer Ministry meet 2nd Tuesdays @ 6:00 p.m.
Elders/Seniors
“Do not cast me off in the time of old age; do not forsake me when my strength is spent.” Psalm 71:9
While we can be rest assured that God would not forsake us with age, we strive to remember aging adults around us and acknowledge their contributions to society.
Christian Education
2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
Christian education is at the very heart of the church. In the educational process the Spirit of God encounters people of all ages so that they are nurtured in faith, grow in knowledge and experience, and are inspired and empowered to live as disciples of Jesus Christ
Christian Education Ministry meet 1st Saturdays @ 8:30 a.m.
Youth
Ecclesiastes 12:1"Remember your Creator in the days of your youth....."
Youth Ministry is the Church's efforts to help each & every young person grow personally & spiritually. The purpose of the Youth Ministry program is to prepare students for effective ministry to middle high, senior high, or college students and their families within the context of a church.
Music
Psalm 95:1 "Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation."
The purpose of the Music Ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.
Community Service
Matthew 20:28 "just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Our mission is to "Build up one another; Lead the lost to Christ; Aide those in need; and Glorify God through Worship and Service." To accomplish this Divine Assignment, the Holy Spirit had gifted each of us with Spiritual Gifts.
